NopCommerce 4.9 Installation error

Nopcommerce 4.9 Setup failed: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Anyone have an idea what is going on? I can install version 4.6 without issues but not any newer version.

What database (and version) are you using?
Are you choosing to create database if not exists?  (If so, does it get created?)
Do any tables get created in the database?
Are you choosing to install sample data?  (If so, do some tables get populated?)

I'm using MSSQL server 2022.

I created the database before installation for this try. I tried NopCommerce version 4.8 about six months ago and let the installation create database but same issue. It says installing nopcommerce, acts like it's installing, then goes back to the install page with this error "Setup failed: Execution Timeout Expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Operation cancelled by user. The statement has been terminated."

Yes the tables get created.

I do not choose to install data.

How does your CPU and RAM utilization look when you run the application before the timeout exception is shown?

CPU is around 30%. Memory is 0 hard faults at 95% used.

Processor  AMD EPYC-Milan Processor   2.00 GHz
Installed RAM  8.00 GB
System type  64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I got the installation to work. Not sure why but I used Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox or Chrome.
