Admin Page Redirects on Fresh Installation

4.90.3 nosource locally on Win10-Pro/IIS/SQLExpress/SSMS

After 2 days of errors etc, I was able to get to the Installation Page, Day Later.... SQLExpress wasn't setup due to 2012 not working properly, re-installed 2025v and was able to finally complete the installation. With the help with SSMS (thing this should be in the guide for creating DB and Permissions which was the biggest issue as Win Auth wasn't working. Was able to finally create another SQL Account and installed.

Page loads - loads on VM Instance and on the local network but this is where it all stops again.

I can't not get to the login page. /admin is redirected to /login?returnUrl=%2Fadmin

I can navigate the frontend but cannot get to the backend.

FYI, This takes me to my login page.

https://localhost:5001/login?returnUrl=%2Fadmin
and then logging in takes me to
https://localhost:5001/admin


Are you testing on localhost, or are you hosted?

Hello New York,

After a full System reboot is seem to work,

Was strange, it was redirecting to a login page but wouldn't log me in.

now it's working.

Currently, Self-Hosted in VM.
