If I make change from staging admin panel, fg. change the products or settings, how can I upload it to live server? should I do the same thing from live admin panel? or upload the database from staging to live?
Once you have uploaded a database from staging to a live enviroment, you can not do this again because it would overwrite your order/customers. Seems pretty clear to me.
So you have to do the same process on the live server.
