can't get to start the installation wizard

using v 2.0 w/ source

i built successfully the solution in vs 2010

ran with no errors the required bat files

published the project to my hosting site

my hosting servicer is  "1and1.com"

and this is what i get:

i figured it out on my own

turns out my hosting company 1and1.com does not support yet .net 4.0

i'll either drop 1and1 or live with 1.90...
