made to order form URGENT

Hi all

i'll be working on version 2.10. My client want to sell made to order clothes on his website. To do this he need to get customers body measurements before order.

Can any body please give me idea of how to achieve it. Is this can be done using existing features or if not, can you please let me guide where to change code.

You can use the Product attributes for this. You can add one or more fields with a drop-down list, checkboxes, radio buttons or a text field or date picker to a product variant.
