Help Required: How can I run FLV videos instead of SWF

Hello,

I have made an advertisement HD video for my website and convert it into swf+html format because it is not working in simple swf format. i have uploaded it which is successfully playing on my website but the video quality is poor and it doesn't look like my original video quality, I wish to play FLV format video file instead of SWF+html.
Any solution for my problem?

You can use any opensource video player and embed it in your website with your video.

or you can always use youtube for posting your video (you can have HD quality in youtube)
