How to add link to new Topic Page onto my Home Page?

Hi all,

I've just added a new page into my NopCommerce site via the Topics page in the admin site.
However I can't figure out how to get a link to this new page onto the Homepage of my site?
Does anyone know an easy way?

Never mind, figured it out however if you can tell me how to get the link onto the menu bar at the top of the page that would be helpful..
