How to properly upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0

Sir,

I need to change my database from 1.8 to 2.0 version. Already I understood that step by step method possible. But i can't get the following scripts.

1. Upgrade from 1.8 to 1.9

2. Upgrade from 1.9 to 2.0

Please help me to find the upgrade scripts. I Need both these two scripts.

I guess I have the 1.8 to 1.9 upgrade script somewhere in a external backup, I'll get back to you tomorrow with it.
