Upgrade 2.0 to 2.2

Hi,

Just would like to know the correct procedure to upgrade my NopCommerce 2.0 website that has customised themes and views to 2.2.

Should I just do a fresh checkout of the 2.2 release and manually merge changes with my customised 2.0 version. Or are there scripts that need to be run on the database?

Ok done a checkout of 2.2 and can see the upgrade scripts from 2.0->2.1->2.2.

Just wondering about the procedures so I don't lose my customised views and themes.
