Delete Guest Customers

The ScheduleTask to delete guest customer is failing when there rows in the log table that relate to the guest customer.  I am not sure that I would want to have the log records removed for the guest customers if there is valuable error information in the log.  Is there the Log_Customer constraint necessary?

This issue is fixed in upcoming 2.30 release. Please see changeset f0d4c4b45c82
