I want to setup my exiting nop site from third party (godaddy,arvixe etc) to my own server.
What are rrequirement and suggestion

SQL Server any > version or SQL Express which is free but very slow and one CPU max allowed.
Admin Permissions
Copy your database from Godaddy to your new server location. If you have problems with understanding databases just install a fresh install with default blank database first! Once you see the exact PATH of your database I mean exact path then detach your new database from IIS or using SQL Management studio and just overwrite your empty database with your old database. The database names should be exactly same: "Store" is not "store"
Then overwrite your entire FILE directory. You will have a problem with your web.config but you can upload your old one and your good. The only thing I mean only thing you should every touch in web.config is the path to your database. Thats it.
If everything was the same you won't need to do this but godaddy only has hot girls and crappy servers so you will have to do this.
