Show message to confirm checkout step

Hi there,

when you reach the last step in checkout flow, what you see is a plain Confirm button. No text or message is displayed to encourage users to perform the last and most important action.

Is there a way to show some text or so, possibily without editing source code?

No, source code changes are required. But I've just created a work item for this task
