Andrey, I`ve just uploaded a correct version of a installation.he.xml so please download it again.
Also, it not looks good on RTL, so please use the http://nopcommerce.co.il/Content/files/style.rtl.css
(there is need to little change in install-add RTL attribute to the language node and select the right css)
