Check if user is logged in NOP2.4

Hi - I'm using NOP2.4.  I'm creating a single custom ASP.NET page that displays certain information.  I only want people to be able to see the contents of this page if they're logged into NOP2.4.  Does NOP2.4 use a standard authentication method and would I be able to check if the user is logged in to NOP2.4 from my custom ASP.NET 4.0 page running in the same site virtual directory?

I found it!  Just have to check for cookie called "nop.customer" and then look up the value of that cookie in the customers table to see if it's a guest or actual logged in customer.
