ID less URL for product in nopcommerce

As per client requirement I want the ID less URL for my NopCOmmerce web site. Can any one help me to do that?

My desired URL is :

www.example.com/Item/itemname

Same URL should be for category listing also.

www.example.com/category/subcategory

How can I achieve this?
