Still need help with 2.4

I'm still getting the error when executing the upgrade script from 2.30 to 2.40.

Invalid object name 'Language'.

Why no help with this? I'm stuck until I can get past this error.

I had that language error also going from 2.50 to 2.60.

I managed to upgrade 2.40 to 2.50 without any errors. But now Im stuck too.
