payment integration problem

hi, In my app i redirect to a aspx page after selecting the payment method (in this case credit card). after submit the form it will response to a aspx page again with reference id and other transaction information.
I want to redirect again from this aspx page to place order page.
Is this possible or if not please give me an idea to achieve this task.
