Create new management menu

Hi,

I want to create a flavour management of products, ie create, delete, update flavour and apply to products. For exemple one product can have several flavour like chocolate, strawberry.

I want to know what is the best solution to create this in the admin panel ?
I think itt's in the source code ?

I want to do like manufacturers for exemple, ie create flavour, delete them and edit them, and so add these to product.
