Fixed tax rate provider

Hi Andrei,

Can I overide the int value of the Id created on the TaxCategory table I need a 0. Or can I select both free Tax and Fixed Tax at the same time in admin. Still on 2.4.

SET IDENTITY_INSERT TaxCategory ON   Logic  SET IDENTITY_INSERT TaxCategory OFF
