Am I being hacked?

I got on my online customers and I see people from multiple countries trying to access my paypal standard pdthandler.

Heres what it looks like:

What does this mean?  Is there any way I can block them from my site?  If I unchecked "Active" on the customer details page would that do it?

Any help would be greatly apprecaited.  Thanks in advance!

When I tried going to the url with the form of:

http://mywebsite.com/plugins/paymentpaypalstandard/pdthandler

It redirected to my home page.  I am guessing that this means I am safe.  Is this the case?  Also, does the pdthandler contain the keys to my Paypal account?

If you have PDT token specified on the PayPal Standard configuration page, then no worries about it
