I am beta testing for Win 7 for Silverlight & Azure:
To create data base if it doesn't exist: Box is checked
Radio Button = Enter SQL connection values
SQL Server name = (please indicate example name with alpha/numeric, case and any delimiters)
Database name = (please indicate example name with alpha/numeric, case and any delimiters)
Radio Button = Use SQL Server account
SQL Username = (Question: Is this unique to the cloud or is it the same as the Azure Database User Name? please indicate yes or no, or provide example name with alpha/numeric, case and any delimiters)
SQL Password = (Question: Is this unique to the cloud or is it the same as the Azure Database Password? please indicate yes or no, or provide example name with alpha/numeric, case and any delimiters)
