What happend to the nopClassic theme in v2.65 and greater?

We use v2.6 with the nopClassic theme which fits nicely in our overall site.  We have customized the nopClassic theme quite a bit but when I started working on the v2.65 upgrade I noticed that there is no more nopClassic theme.  I looked in all of the later versions up to 3.0 and did not see the nopClassic theme in the /Themes/ directory

How can I get the nopClassic theme back for current versions.  If we can't get the nopClassic theme then we really can't upgrade.

I am planning to upgrade from v2.6 to 3.0 incremental as required.  I would like to end up with the nopClassic theme when I get to v3.0

In the v2.8 and v3.0 I see a theme folder named "DefaultClean"  is this the white theme brought back?
