Shipping By Order Weight / Shipping By Country & Order Weight

Hello,

I have been trying to configure my shipping options with not much success.

Am I correct that there is a bug in these shipping options in version 1.4: Shipping By Order Weight / Shipping By Country & Order Weight

I do not currently have Visual Studio to follow the fixes posted, but is there a minor release coming out to fix those issues?

There is a shipping module available in the download section but it involves editing in vs2008. When i compile the source it comes up with 40 warnings. Is there a easier way to get that shipping module?
