New installation - Path errors

I am a newb to nopCommerce, and just intalled it on a web hosting account at GoDaddy.  I did the install per instructions in the root directory, but almost all the urls do not work as is.  For example they will be '~/MasterPages/Root.Master' but I will have to change it to '~/NopCommerceStore/MasterPages/Root.Master' to get it to work.  I just have a few pages working so far, but I have had to make similar changes on all the pages.  Is there some way to change the configuration path so it knows where to look and I don't have to changes all the pages?

I forgot to mention, that during the installation I had to move the web.config file from the /NopCommerceStore directory up to the root directory to get anything to work at all.
