FCKeditor Not Found

When I go to the Categories Add Page, I get the 'OOPS  Page Not Found' message.  I have traced the source down to the CategoryInfo.ascx file where the FredCK.FCKeditorV2 assembly is registered, and it seems to be OK.  The page builds with no errors.  There is a reference to the assembly in the bin directory also.  So I don't see why it gets the not found error.  Any ideas?

OK, I solved this by moving the editors folder out of NopCommerceStore up to the root level.
