Weird Links

Hi Guys,

I have just setup nopCommerce onto my webserver. All seems ok when I run the site locally, but when accessed externally, the links for all the products are showing up with an ip address.

For example - a Linkl to Product A - should be  http://www.mysite.com/Category/Product_A.aspx

This is what works locally.

On the external side of things - the same link becomes this: http://192.168.16.8/Category/Product_A.aspx

Can some one please point me in the right direction?

did you make nopCommerce folder in IIS as application ?

Um, here is how I did it:

1. Unzipped folders into //inetpub/wwwroot/ITS
2. opened the .sln in visual studio - ran the install - configured new database
3. popluated the database and global settings etc
4. created a virtual directory in IIS
5. created a rule in ISA server to publish site

Site works fine locally - no go externally..

there must be something in the mix that is substituting the wrong address for external access.
