Norwegian language pack for 3.10?

Hi everyone,

I've noticed that in the Language Pack section there are a Danish and a Swedish language packs but not a Norwegian one. Does that mean that currently Norwegian is not supported? Or the pack can be found somewhere else? I'm not sure how everything works regarding the language packs.

If the language pack does not exist you will have to create it by editing an existing language pack XML file.

You can then give it back to the project as a contribution if you wish.
