Reward Points

Hi,
I have enabled reward points but it doesn't seems to be working. Any ideas.

Is there a way to setup reward points by product?  Meaning can we setup reward point for a Product and Quantity?  Example:  Product A Quantity 1 --> Reward point .001  If customer buy more than 1 Reward point can be multiplied by quantity.
