I followed steps described here:

Sql Azure is set up and works with local app.
NopComm published.
Settings file added into azure cloud instance.
And Nope Commerce still shows "Installation" if I click link http://nopex2.cloudapp.net .
It works fine in local IIS, but in azure still shows "New Installation".
Please any help is highly appreciated!!!
