Need Product Builder for Computer Store

Can someone can create a Product Builder for Nopcommerce 3.30 and compatible with all previous versions. Somthing like this:

The difference in this one, s that is intelligent. You set the attributes to be activated or deactivated when a person choose parts. For example, if you choose Intel, only Intel Motherboards will be shown and AMD will not.

Nopcommerce do not have this.

This way, people can choose parts that are only compatible for the products.
