nopCommerce 3.4 installation on Godaddy plesk hosting

I am trying to set up nopCommerce on GoDaddy. I am able to get the install screen. Once I give it the info, I get the following errors.

Called GoDaddy and their solution was to rollback to an earlier version that does not require .NET 4.5.

Any suggestions?

Following are the folders you need to set permissions on your hosting.
(I got from nopCommerce documentation: http://docs.nopcommerce.com/display/nc/Installing+nopCommerce)

nopCommerce requires write permissions for the directories and files described below:

\App_Data\
\bin\
\Content\
\Content\Images\
\Content\Images\Thumbs\
\Content\Images\Uploaded\
\Content\files\ExportImport\
\Plugins\
\Plugins\bin\
\Global.asax
\web.config

These permissions are validated during the installation process. If you do not have write permissions, a warning message is displayed, requesting you to configure permissions.

Thanks for the reply, but the account has read and write access. That is the issue.
