Is there a way to add book authors for a full-fledged book store

I'm looking to migrate a medium sized book store to nopCommerce, but one thing a book store really needs to have is the ability to link products (books) by author. Is there a good way to do this in nopCommerce? Would it work to just use the manufacturer?

Yes you're write , you can make use of Manufacturer and change the text "Manufacturer" to Author and is should work for you
