using nopcommerce software to build two unrealted sites on local machine at the same time

Very new to nopcommerce and ecommerce generally. i am building a site for someone at present but now need to build a completely different site using nopcommerce. is there a straightforward way to do this or do i hav to have different fiiles each with all the nopcommerce elements in them

two completely separate site = two completely separate installs

whichever version you are using  (SOURCE or NO SOURCE) unzip all your downloaded files into two separate folders - one for each project
