1.5 Timeout uploading language.xml

Hi,

im new to nopCommerce and expecting first little problems ... i want to upload a new  xml-file for german and after 30 seconds every uploads end with:

     Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

If I try the same with version 1.4 its okay.

The SQL timeout is 120 secs ...

What to do? Any Ideas?

W2008r2 MSQL2008

i have tryed to change values in web config.. but couldnt get to it.. so finally i gave up and just edit the english language into spanish.
