Stop other country visiting my site

We get huge traffic from other country and they are not eligable to buy our product. Is there any default system to stop other countries from visiting our site.
Do you want to version upgrade, custom development, create plugins or need any help? You are welcome!

its out of box and you need to customize it depend on Geo-location of visitors country based on IP Address of customer

Check Extensions; there are IP blocking plugins.

It can be a bot/robot (like google).
