Strange data behavior

I am preparing a production database and created into an existing empty database (on shared sql server).  All is fine for the public-facing UI, but the admin app has titles such as:

          admin.sitemap.categoriestitle
          admin.sitemap.productshometitle

etc., etc.

I checked the data tables, and all data for the admin section is there, but it seems to be reading the namespace rather than the display title.  Fully functional otherwise.

Does anybody have a quick and easy fix?

you have to add the corresponding resource string to the language you are using

under location, lang
