Cant get all checked UPS options to show on checkout

I have some various UPS options checked in my Configure UPS admin page.

No matter what, these are the only options that will show at checkout:
  UPS Ground ($8.92)
  UPS 2nd Day Air ($15.11)
  UPS Next Day Air Saver ($24.44)
  UPS Next Day Air ($27.11)

If I unckeck the above they will not show.
The problem is that I have an additional 6 UPS options checked and they are NOT showing. I can't seem to figure out why.

Because the UPS API is not returning them.  For example, even if ...Worldwide... is checked, you won't see it for US domestic destination addresses.  Other reasons could be the way your UPS account is set up. Have you tried using the UPS online shipping page? Do you get different results?  If you think you really should see other options, then call UPS tech support.
