hosting setup questions

I'm going to order a Bronze VPS plan at Softsys (http://www.softsyshosting.com/Windows-VPS-HyperV.aspx).

1. x64 - Any problems running nopCommerce on 64-bit? (Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition)

2. SQL Express 2008 vs. SQL Server 2008 Web edition - Softsys offers the Web edition at $25/month. What would be the benefit to that over SQL Express 2008, which wouldn't cost any extra?

3. Development vs. Production Environment - Assuming I go with Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise on the server, is it okay to develop locally on XP SP3 x86? Ideally I'd want the exact same setup on dev and production, but I won't be upgrading my dev machine for awhile. In that case, would you go with x86 on the server as well, or is it okay to dev on 32 bit and deploy to 64?

Main difference is CPU(4CPU vs 1CPU) and Memory(OS Maximum vs 1GB).
