I did the clean database install, and when purchasing a product, it wasn't seeming to add tax.
I then went to the Configuration > Tax > Tax Providers and looked at Tax By Country and State (Second option down). There doesnt seem to be any configuration for any of the provinces or stats. I don't have to go add them all by hand do I?
Second question - Say some one in the US bought a product from Canada - how does the tax work then?
