problem with changing theme..

I cant restore the database from the theme apple computer black modern. I have tried with SQLSERVER 2005 and 2008 in the manual it says 2005 but when i try with that it just says it is wrong version. So i wonder if there is any diffrence between nopcommerce original database compared to the themes. ? Does anyone have any idea about this? Br David

Im running it on 2008. I didn't have to do anything special. Don't think the theme should affect the database. If you are still having problems you might want to upload the screen dump of the error to look at.

Yes probably what it says. You have developed on one version and your server is different. I am running on the 10.50.1600 version. Not sure what your options are here? Can you upgrade your desktop / development version ?

There is no need to use the backup.Other option is to use the nopCommerceStore from the folder nopCommerce folder of apple theme, and just redirect the configuration string  to the existing database.
