Customer Account Note

Is there a way to add (by plugin or any way) a customer note on the admin side?  We have accounts where we would like to add information about the customer for our admin people to see.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Admin Comment field is meant for that

Thanks for the reply.  We do want the Customer Account Note to show date/time like how it is in the order notes format.  Is there a way to do that?

It is not possible out of the box. Admin comment is just a multiline text box. You will need  some customization work to add each comment and date in a new line.
