page in admin side http://admin-demo.nopcommerce.com/Admin/Product/Edit/32
but button "Add to cart" is visible.
NOT WORK - Low stock activity - Disable buy button

Because both are not related to each other.
The purpose of both demo site is difference.
So please check into your environment then you get correct result.
