I have a potential project where the store owner wants to sell access to a series of videos that contain instructions on how to perform certain tasks. Has anyone done something like this with a recent version of nop? Some concerns are preventing sharing of the videos and abuse via sharing logins, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.

...and you configure the password-protected video topic page to allow access to only Administrators and VideoBuyer roles.
Then, even if they share the password for the topic page with a friend, the friend cannot access it without ALSO logging into your site as the customer who purchased the video.

The idea is for customers to more or less "subscribe" in order to get access to the collection of videos. Either a monthly or annual fee. This is a bit different than "buying" each video on a piece by piece basis. So, you pay to subscribe and gain access to a password protected area (or products) where the videos are located and available for online viewing (and or maybe download).
