Modify custom attributes

Hello i have created some custom fields in address section on customer site. I have changed some css stuff in the checkout steps with no success. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks for the reply.
I have created some custom address attributes and i'm trying to populate them in the one page checkout properly. In ShippingAddress.cshtml i have made some css for the custom attributes but in the front end does work.
