Bootstrap Slider in nopcommerce or not?

Can I add bootstrap slider in any of the custom created page of nopcommerce and after adding , Can I add images from the admin panel?

No there isn't any ui like you said.

You have to customize and provide UI at admin side.

How to do that?

You can customize Nivo Slider plugin and add more settings for caption and add reference of bootstrap and update public view page for bootstrap slider.
