Just moved my app over to Arvixe and when I go into Administration and open Global Settings the screen comes up and the wrench icon, the words Global Settings, and the Save button show up, but nothing else. I've tried re-FTPing the Admin directory, but didn't help.
What could cause this?

Tried:
1. FTPing clean Administration folder to host - didn't change a thing.
2. Rebuilding the app in Visual Studio 2010 and upload the entire app - also did nothing.
very odd.
When I run the app on my local host, it works fine, but running the same app on Arvixe's server, the global settings panel does not show up.
UPDATE: FIXED IT!
Deleted everything on the host (I just overwrote everything in Tries 1 & 2) and then re-uploaded. Now it works.
