Does anyone have the answer from Cardinal?

I gave up on Cardinal. Even their website for signing up seemed ancient. Also the fact that they not supporting NopCommerce yet they said they may do in furmture but I'm not holding my breath.

I've been speaking to PayPal direct who have been helping to integrate with PSD2. The only options I have are PayPal hosted version (using PayPal Standard plugin using IPN and PDT token). This option redirects user to PayPal and allowing guest option and making credit card payment. Other option is using I frame (I'm not fan of this)  The only alternative to PayPal Direct is to use Baintree but I currently I don't really want to sign up to another payment provider. So I'm sticking with PayPal standard for bow until a better alternative comes along or I can get some integration guideline from PayPal to get PayPal direct working with PSD2. So my customers should still be able to make credit card payments without PayPal account.

I understood you.

1. Cardinal
I didn't have any answer from Cardinal.
I did plugin for nopcommerce and Cardinal but documentation is very very bad.
I noticed that Cardinal started to do the new documentation.

2. Baintree
I did plugin for Baintree with last API, but Baintree  doesn't support PSD2 yet (you can check it yourself. 3D Secure is beta now. And Baintree will use Cardinal API for 3D Secure 2.0 :).
When Baintree  adds support 3D Secure 2.0 (SCA, PSD2) I'll add it in my plugin.

3. PayPal Hosted solution.
I have plugin for it (PayPal Pay Flow)

4. PayPal Direct Payment
I don't have any solution.
PDS2 (SCA) doesn't allow to store credit card in any places.
It's only solution to use external IFRAME. Maybe it's a reason why PayPal did PayPal Smart Payment Buttons.
But I can't understand why PayPal didn't do easy solution like Stripe.

Ok.
We'll be wait.

Thanks.

Payflow looks like another good alternative. I may try that plugin. Does it use Iframe or take user away from the cart to the payflow page?

Thanks

Payflow Direct Pay doesn't support 3D Secure!!!
This plugin doesn't help you.
You can try only Payflow Hosted Checkout.

Today I got answer from Cardinal support. Maybe I'll be able to add support 3D Secure in Payflow Direct payment plugin.

Sorry Payflow hosted is what I was referring to. Too many variations.

Hopefully good news about Payflow direct soon then :)

Im not sure as I have seen various posts but I think the problem is unless you have a paypal direct account already then Paypal will not provide new accounts

Paypal also has Braintree as another option

Anyway read about all the posts here https://www.nopcommerce.com/boards/search.aspx?searchterms=paypal+direct

Hi,

https://www.nopcommerce.com/p/3516/paypal-direct.aspx
have you used the above plugin?
Does it work fine?
How can I get the demo of this plugin?
Can I have the website URL using this plugin?

Thanks
