By the way, the first load of your page is incredibly slow.
You should consider pinging your site so it doesn't go to sleep.
http://www.iis.net/download/applicationwarmup
or something else to keep your application pool up.

I am trying to implement IIS web application warm up. I suspent that must be done on the server side. Any procedures/steps you can give me? I have no clue where to start?
