Pay Pal Standard - I don't see Website Payment Preferences

Hi Guys,

In my personal paypal account I see Website Payment Preferences under the Profile tab. I'm setting up a website for someone else and I cannot see this option in their account. Can you tell why?

i figured it out, guess they needed to upgrade their account to a Premiere Account.
