IIs Question

I have the web site running in  Visual Web Developer 2008. Front end and Back end.
When I run it on IIs I can get the front end open ok but if I try to open the administration back end I get error:

"Failed to update database "C:\NOPCOMMERCE.MDF" because the database is read-only"

I have tried all solutions I can find on the Internet none of them work.
I have even uninstalled everything and reinstalled it.

Any Ideas?

Yesterday I tried everything I could think of with no success.

This evening I turned on my computer and it works perfectly, I changed nothing and
last night I cold booted my computer to no avail.

Very strange.

I am going to try another install on another computer and see if it goes smoothly.
I want to be very familiar with the install before I go live on our company server.

What happened to the Admin post. It is showing blank there.

That's OK. I've deleted it
